How I work

Principles, stack, and the AI workflows I actually run.

Principles

01

Make unsexy infra sexy.

The job is to tie foundational work to revenue narrative — for execs, for engineering partners, for the people doing the actual building. If you can't tell the story, the work doesn't ship.

02

Build the brain, then the agents.

Context first, automations second. The orchestration ceiling is set by how decomposed and accurate your business/system context is.

03

Operators are builders.

The job is to grow operators who build — by mentoring, pairing, and shipping alongside them. I lead by example: writing specs, sitting with engineering, prototyping in tools we don't own yet. But the multiplier is the team and the business moving forward, not me.

04

Hold the line. Be persistent.

Everywhere is crazy. Orgs reshuffle, stakeholders move, priorities flip. Foundational work only ships when someone stays persistent — figuring out problems, building relationships, aligning stakeholders, and pushing the boundaries with AI regardless of what's churning around it.

AI workflows in production

Context engineering as a deliverable

Treating business context, system docs, and process intent as a versioned artifact the orchestration brain reads from. Less prompt-bashing, more librarianship.

AI fluency on the team

Pushing engineering and ops partners to use Claude Code and equivalents in the actual workflow, not the demo. Ship velocity moves when the team is fluent, not when one person is a wizard.

Meridian — governance and monitoring

A governance and monitoring system for our highest-impact lifecycle programs. Built in Claude Code, Supabase, GitHub, and Vercel. Gives the team real-time visibility into the AI decisioning layer, cuts errors and resolution time, and is the foundation for governing the full orchestration system as we scale.

Copy personalization engine

Derives upsell email testing variants using historical performers, internal taxonomies, and brand voice. Built to accelerate testing velocity today and to act as the foundation for fuller program orchestration soon.
